PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST:

Thank you for your interest in providing a fresh floral arrangement for a Sunday worship service. Beautiful flowers are a special way to celebrate an important occasion or to remember or honor a beloved individual.

To reserve a date, please complete and submit the request form below at least two weeks in advance of your preferred Sunday. You will be contacted by one of the co-chairs to let you know if this date is available. Be aware that requests for floral arrangements cannot be honored during the month of December (Advent/Christmas) or Easter Sunday.

Once you receive notification that your requested date is available, you may proceed by ordering an appropriately-sized arrangement that will fit nicely on our Baptistry Rail. Please be aware that the cost of an arrangement this size is often $200 or more.

Arrangements must be delivered to the church before 12:00 [noon] on Friday unless the florist is granted access to the church at another time.
